The course will be closed on Monday, 2nd September 2013, for our course staff the annual course renovation that ensures it is in prime condition for the warmer months.
Preliminary dethatching and coring will be performed on the tees and par 3 fairways during the last week of August whilst the bulk of the work will be performed on that first Monday in September. This includes coring and top dressing all 18 greens as well as the range and short game practice area.
As per last year, course staff will be condensing fairway dethatching into the first week of September to minimise the impact to members. Consequently, no competitions will be held from Monday 2nd to Friday 6th as a result of the rolling hole closures throughout the week.
We thank you for your patience throughout these works. It is this short period of inconvenience that provides us with a course of which we should all be proud.
