This prestigious accolade from 59Club honors exceptional Venues, Teams, and Individuals in the global golf and hospitality industry who consistently deliver outstanding customer experiences to Members and guests.
The selection process is unbiased, relying on scores from an in-depth and objective mystery shopping program. This program meticulously evaluates the experiences provided to Members, visitors, and potential Members across Golf, Greenkeeping, Retail, and F&B Operations.
In addition to Shane Robinson’s success, the Glenelg Golf Club received nominations in five other award categories: Anna Fontaine for Food & Beverage Manager of the Year, Golf Operations Team of the Year, Leading Individual Food & Beverage Experience, Leading Individual Golf Operations Team, and Leading Individual Golf Visit Experience (over $120).
Glenelg Golf Club was also awarded the 59Club Silver Flag Award. The Bronze, Silver, and Gold Flags recognize venues that demonstrate excellence in customer service delivery and facility quality.
