On Tuesday 27th October City Mazda hosted our Hospitality Day. 112 ladies including 20 visitors from The Grange, Kooyonga, Mt Osmond, North Adelaide, West Lakes, Tea Tree Gully, and Links Lady Bay enjoyed the different format of Canadian Foursomes.
Phil Greig, past General Manager of City Mazda, attended the day and was a welcome sight on the course as he and Bob Loveday handed out drinks during the morning. The sparkling wine and Irish Cream were especially popular!
Once again City Mazda were very generous with their prizes with the Long Drive on the 18th and Nearest the Pin on the 3rd, 11th, 14th and 16th for all three grades as well as the competition of the day, lucky draw and main Raffle.
The competition of the day winners were:
- Third on a countback with 37 points – Jayne Staridas and Cherilyn Phair (Westward Ho)
- Runners Up with 37 points – Jill Hodge and Ruth Martin
- Winners with 39 points – Kay Nyland and Helen Hamp (Riverside)
Congratulations to Meredith Noble who was the lucky winner of the main raffle prize of a $250 Voucher to spend within the Resort of McCracken Country Club. To get there Mazda is supplying a Mazda car for the weekend.
