Six selected in Primary Schools Team

Six Glenelg members have been selected in the 12 & Under Primary School State Team who will be representing South Australia on the Bellarine Peninsula in November.  It is great to see our juniors make up half of the team of 12, 6 boys and 6 girls.  Congratulations to Kade Bryant (12), Josh Grundel (10), Jack Leonard (9), Zoe Manton (11), Fletcher Ryan (11) & Anthony Wang (10).  Their selections are off the back of solid performances in the State and Metropolitan Championships held recently.

Well done to Josh Grundel for his third place finish in the Boys’ Primary Schools State Championship.

Metropolitan Primary School Championship

The 2018 Metropolitan Primary School Championships were played at West Beach Parks on Thursday, 30th August.  Glenelg’s players faired well finishing 1-2-3 in the boys and 4th in the girls.

Girls

Winner:  Rebekka Stutley (RA)  64
