Glenelg Golf Club recently undertook a major re-haul of its air-conditioning system in the Members Lounge and Golfers Bar. The system will now keep our members warm in winter and cool in summer, while ‘air-curtains’ that delineate the Golfers Bar sliding doors and balcony area will allow for the doors to remain open while when hot outside. There will also be a positive impact on fridge Bar/Bistro temperatures which previously had been detrimentally impacted by hot weather.
General Manager Ben Kavenagh stated ‘We could not be happier with the works undertaken and would like to thank Metro Air Conditioning Director Joe Morizzi. Joe, who is also a valued member of our great Club, and his team, worked around the clock to ensure the job could be professionally finished with minimal disruption to our membership.
