Glenelg’s Office Manager, Kerry Crossman, has taken out the Golf Management Australia (GMA) Club Employee of the Year Award, announced on Saturday at the Golf SA Awards Night at Adelaide Oval.
Kerry has worked at Glenelg for nine years and is your typical loyal, hard working and efficient employee who rarely takes time off due to illness.
She is almost always first in the office every day. She enjoys her job and is totally committed to providing an outstanding level of service for our members. If something needs to be done, she is on to it immediately. No procrastinating, no “I’ll do it later” – she is on to it there and then. Her tasks vary considerably every day, from simple stationery ordering through to more detailed work such as processing payroll and daily banking and she provides outstanding administrative support for all senior management staff at the Club.
We are all very proud of Kerry and congratulate her on the 2012 Club Employee of the Year award.
Glenelg Head Coach, Gareth Jones, was also nominated for Professional of the Year, while long serving Glenelg member, Pauline Sanderson, was inducted into the South Australian Golf Hall of Fame for her tireless contribution to the game.
