Glenelg Member Lachlan Barker shot a sensational 5 under final round to win the PNG Open by 4 shots. With rounds of 67, 70, 70 and 67, Lachlan finished 14 under to claim the win.
Played at Royal Port Moresby Golf Club, the $180,000 event featured a strong field, including recent tour winners Jay Mackenzie and Chris Wood. As winner of the PNG Open, Lachlan will be exempt on the Australasian PGA Tour for the next two years. Well done Lachy.
