Sharp Cup suffer loss, still progress to finals

The Sharp Cup team lost in their fourth contest of the season 1.5 – 3.5 against top of the table Kooyonga at Willunga Golf Club on Sunday.  The course was is great condition with the greens playing true; thankfully the rain held off all day. 

The boys played solid and consistent golf with many matches going to the wire with No. 5 Jack Ramage wining 4/2, No. 4 Calvin Perks losing 2/1, No. 3 Aaron Buchanan losing 1 down, No. 2 Kane Hyams lost 3/2 and No. 1 Harry Edwards halved.

This Sunday is the final clash of the home and away season which is being played against Country Districts at Glenelg.  The team are very much looking forward to playing at home, wanting to build winning momentum for the finals, having already qualified for the semi final the following week.
