RESULTS: Magain Real Estate Golf Day

Once again Magain Real Estate sponsored this day and we thank our own Member Jane Nelson and Stuart Costello both of whom are from Magain for their generosity in supplying prizes, drinks on course and in the clubhouse.

The day started well but a hot north wind arrived to make conditions very uncomfortable and play havoc with the golf.

The format for the day was a 3 Ball Best Ball and the winners were Genevieve Yeomans, Gerry Hall and Marg Whelan with 50, runner-up Christine James, Jo Lendrum and Jill Hodge and third place went to Frances Macpherson, Lyn Gould and Gail Holmes.

Also along with the nearest the pin on all par threes plus two long drives Jane and Stuart also provided prizes for the three lucky card draw.

The ladies of Glenelg Golf Club greatly appreciate the support of Magain Real Estate and look forward to the event next year.
