James Bridgen’s efforts rewarded

Congratulations to James Bridgen who has been acknowledged as a shining light in bringing the Glenelg Golf Club staff culture to life.  All staff have recently been through an engaging process under the guidance of highly valued member Peter Marshman, and pledged to provide ‘Service Excellence that gives members a sense of Belonging, and make them feel Special every time they come through the Gates.’  The KPI’s related to this brand are many and include going the extra mile to make members feel special and welcome at our Club.

James is always happy and willing to help, no task is too large.  His exemplary ability to remember and use Member’s names is regularly noted and appreciated, and is something we celebrate.  As James was acknowledged, he shared some tips on how he has developed this skill with the fellow staff. 

James is a great part of our team.  His enthusiasm is second to none, ‘I love my job!  The members are always nice to me and always ask about my golf.  It’s a great place to work!’
