Easter Saturday Sausage Sizzle Fundraiser

Easter Saturday Sausage Sizzle – Raising funds to support Jackson Kalz’s trip to the IMG Junior World Championships.

It is exciting to know that Glenelg Golf Club’s very own Jackson Kalz has been selected to represent Australia at the IMG Academy Junior World Championships being played at Torrey Pines, San Diego, USA in July 2017. Jackson will be part of the two man team event, playing with Andre Lautee from Victoria.

Jackson, having just turned 17, is currently ranked 8th in the Australian Junior rankings and has recently been appointed Captain of the South Australian Junior State team and member of the Men’s State team.

Jackson says ‘Representing Australia will be an amazing experience.  It will also be a great opportunity to impress several US colleges that are interested in recruiting me for their 2018 college intake as they will be attending this event.’

The Glenelg Golf Club and Foundation are sponsoring a sausage sizzle on Easter Saturday to assist in raising funds for this exciting opportunity. Jackson and his family will be cooking up a storm at the Gazebo so please partake in a sausage (or two) for a very worthy cause.
