As part of our ongoing efforts to continually review and improve the member experience for online bookings, the Club will implement trial changes to Saturday booking processes effective Friday, 2nd September 2016.
In an effort to reduce queues and wait times caused by high demand, the booking sheet for morning and afternoon players will open at different times.
- AM Field 1st and 10th tees – Online bookings will open at 3pm (no change)
- PM Field 1st and 10th tees – Online bookings will open at 3:15pm
(there will be NO COUNTDOWN for the PM Field)
Members booking afternoon tee times should wait until 3:15pm to access the booking sheet. If you are logged into the booking sheet prior to 3:15pm, you will need to refresh the screen at 3:15pm to access the PM times.
Having only morning players competing for morning tee times will reduce wait times in the queue, with the same result expected for afternoon players competing for afternoon tee times.
During this trial we will be taking feedback from members and continually working to streamline the booking process.
