Yap wins Port Augusta Classic

Glenelg’s Elysia Yap has continued her outstanding form in 2015, taking out the recent 54-Hole Classic at Port Augusta.

Yap won the event, played from 3rd to 9th August 2015, firing a 54-hole total of 232 around the Port Augusta layout, eight shots ahead of her nearest competitor, local Ceri Nicholson.

Yap’s victory adds to a long list of wins in 2015 including the Women’s Club Championship and Glenelg Women’s Vardon, as well as being a key player in the Club’s Women’s Grade 1 pennant side.
