Big 5-0 win for Women’s Grade 2 team

Glenelg’s Women’s A2 team played Blackwood at Tea Tree Gully on Monday, and convincingly won the match, 5-0.

Luckily, the rain cleared in time for our 9:00am hit off and the day from then on was very pleasant.

Jill Gehling had a great birdie, sinking a very long putt to win the 8th hole, on her to winning her match 3/2.

WIth all other players winning matches, the team claimed a decisive 5-0 win, putting us in 2nd place on the table with only one round to go before the finals.

Once again, well done ladies on a great win.
