Members are reminded that their 2015/2016 membership subscriptions, fees and levies are due on 1st April 2015.
Renewal notices were distributed to members in early February via email for those members with a registered email address, and via post for all other members and those who requested hard copies previously. If you have not yet received your 2015/2016 membership renewal subscription notice, please contact the Administration Office immediately so that we can arrange for another copy to be sent to you.
Please note that any changes to membership categories for the 2015/2016 year must be lodged in writing with the Administration Office or via email at membership@glenelggolf.com as soon as possible.
The Club offers a number of payment options including a quarterly instalment plan (7.5% admin fee applies) with payments falling due on 1st April, 1st July, 1st October and 31st December. Members with access to the internet are encouraged to pay their membership subscriptions by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT). The Club’s bank details are shown on your membership subscription invoice.
An online credit card payment facility is now available on the Club’s website. You will need to login to the secure members’ section and go to “My Account” to access the online payment options. Only Visa and Mastercard payments are accepted online.
PLEASE NOTE: A late fee of 5% will apply to payments made after the due date. A additional late fee of 5% will apply to payments made more than 30 days after the due date.
