Jenny Lee continues to add to her growing tally of victories, this time with a seven-shot win in the Kooyonga Women’s Vardon on Sunday. Lee is now ranked fifth in the country.
With rounds of 80, 76, in tough conditions, Lee was a class above, with Glenelg’s Elysia Yap and Matilda Wheare finishing in fifth and eighth place respectively.

In the HL Rymill Championship (Men’s Vardon), Glenelg’s Campbell Rawson had a strong showing, with rounds of 78 and 76 to finish only one shot out of a play-off between Kooyonga members Will Somerfield (eventual winner) and Heath Riches). Josh Hayes was the only other Glenleg member inside the top 20, finishing in sixth place after rounds of 80, 75, including an eagle on the par 5, 16th hole, in his afternoon round.
