Cruden Bay added to reciprocal list

We are pleased to announce the addition of Cruden Bay Golf Club in Aberdeenshire, Scotland, to our extensive list of reciprocal clubs.

Cruden Bay is a traditional Scottish links golf course, originally designed by Tom Morris and Archie Simpson, and only two hours drive from St Andrews, the “Home of Golf”. The golf course creates unique challenges demanding the skills of power, placement and fine judgement upon the discerning golfer. Set against a backdrop of subtly contoured greens and magnificent panoramic views, Cruden Bay truly justifies its position as 54th BEST COURSE IN THE WORLD in the 2013 US publication Links Magazine. Golf World Magazine voted us in 2012 the 2nd Top Fun Course in Great Britain & Ireland.

In November 2012, Cruden Bay was presented with the Golf Tourism Scotland Award for the top Course in Scotland – high praise indeed!

In July 2013 it was awarded the position of 29th in the world from the Golf Course Architecture magazine, by over 240 golf course architects from 28 countries.

Under the reciprocal agreement, Glenelg Golf Club members will have access to Cruden Bay Golf Club at the reduced green fee of £60.00 per person (reduced from the standard rate of £100.00).  Glenelg members must present a letter of introduction on arrival to be eligible for the discounted rate.
