Lachlan Booth has again asserted himself as one of the state’s leading junior golfers, defeating Jack Hynes in Sunday’s final of the 2012 Glenelg Boys’ Junior Championship.
After defeating Will Starkey 4/3 in the morning’s semi-final, Lachlan continued his good form, defeating Jack Hynes by the same margin. Jack reached the final after defeating Jake Hurst in the morning’s semi 1up.
Jenny Lee’s trophy cabinet continues to grow, after defeating her good friend Elysia Yap in the Girls’ Junior Championship by just 1 shot.
Liam Kennewell took out the Boys’ Handicap Championship, defeating Josh Hodgson 6/5 in the final. He is certainly one of the Club’s bright stars and we are excited to see what the future will bring for Liam.
