Congratulations go to Sarah Griffiths, Nuala Oades and Anne Marks. Making their pennant debuts for the A2 team against the unbeaten Mount Osmond. Sarah and Anne had great wins, but sadly these were the only ones and we lost the tie 3 to 2. Jayne Staridas and Sue Tuohy made brave last minute challenges to stay in contention, each eventually falling short 2/1.

Sadly we lost today, although most matches were close all day, Royal Adelaide Gals seemed to read the troublesome greens at Tea Tree Gully a little better than we could.

We did manage some outstanding moments, Janet Fleer was 5 down at one stage of her match, but managed to win 2/1, well done Janet. Peggy Lau Flux began the day 1 up, and that was her final score, her opponent was astounded at one stage when Peggy chipped in off the green to win that hole, great job Peggy. Sandy Dolman had a tough match, 1 up, 1 down most of the day, but unfortunately lost on the 17^th. Both Ros Henderson and Barb Heald had a tough time on the greens today and lost their matches.

Next week we play Flagstaff Hill GC at The Grange, let’s go get ‘em girls!
